Headache Water Rest Dehydration

I'm Jermaine. I like to travel and every now and then I wake up and I may have a headache, or later in the day, I will develop a headache. So what do you do? Some people take medication, which I don't really like, cause I don't like to...I don't know what's in it, so I don't want to take it. So in that case, I will go lay down. That's the most natural best thing to do. Before I lay down, have some water. Maybe I could be dehydrated and especially if it's midday and I'm getting a headache. Maybe I didn't drink enough water throughout the day. If I wake up early in the morning with a headache, that's really weird. It's like what happened last night, you know? Did I stay away too late last night? Or did I drink too much last night? So whenever I have a problem like a headache, I want to figure out what have I done recently, in the short amount of time and then from there, the best thing to do is probably drink water, relax or drink water and lay down, go to sleep. So in an environment like this, if I had a headache, the best thing you do is just go drink some water and go, like, hang out on the couch a little bit. Take 10 minutes. Relax, and, yeah no pills needed.
